Sales terms

These sales terms apply to contracts concluded in the online store of Plätumatkad OÜ (registry code 17477031, address Muru 12, Valga 68203, Estonia; email martin.hoolma@gmail.com; phone +372 511 2068) between the seller and the buyer (consumer or legal entity).

1. General provisions

The seller is Plätumatkad OÜ. These terms apply to all purchases made through the website. By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read and accepted these terms.

2. Product and price

The product offered for sale is the HeartMath Inner Balance™ Coherence Plus sensor. The price is €260 (includes VAT). The price does not include shipping — the shipping cost is shown to the buyer before the order is confirmed.

3. Placing an order and conclusion of the contract

An order is considered placed once payment has been successfully completed. The seller sends an order confirmation by email. The contract between buyer and seller takes effect when payment is received by the seller.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by the payment service provider Montonio. Available methods include bank links, card payments (Visa / Mastercard), Google Pay, Apple Pay, and instalment solutions. The seller does not store or process card data.

5. Delivery

At checkout the buyer chooses a delivery method via Montonio (parcel locker, courier, or pickup, as offered) and pays the carrier's price. Typical delivery time is 2–7 business days depending on the chosen service.

6. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

A consumer buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. Notice of withdrawal must be given in writing, for example by email to martin.hoolma@gmail.com. The seller refunds the payment within 14 days from receiving the withdrawal notice or the returned goods, whichever is later. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

The cost of return shipping is paid by the buyer. The product must be returned in like-new condition, in its original packaging, and with all included materials and documents. If the product has been used more than is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning, the seller may reduce the refund accordingly.

7. Complaints and warranty

Under the Estonian Law of Obligations Act, the consumer has the statutory right to lodge complaints about non-conformity for 2 years from delivery. In addition, the manufacturer/seller warranty applies for 2 years from delivery and covers manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, liquid damage, or normal wear and tear.

8. Liability

The seller is liable to the extent provided by law. The seller is not liable for damages caused by the buyer's misuse of the product or failure to follow the instructions for use.

9. Processing of personal data

The principles for collecting and processing personal data are described in the privacy policy, accessible from the "Privacy policy" link in the footer.

10. Resolution of disputes

The contract is governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. In case of a disagreement, the buyer should first try to resolve it with the seller by email. If no agreement is reached, a consumer may turn to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (komisjon.ee) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
